Graduated in 2012 with a Master’s degree in Management Engineering with a specialization in Logistic, Franco discovered the pharmaceutical sector through his end-of-studies internship, where he participated in the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System. What he appreciated most was the high level of quality required, directly linked to the products manufactured. Working in this field requires rigour and a high degree of precision on a daily basis, while at the same time being able to adapt to the constant evolution of business production.

Today, Franco occupies a position of Production Planning and Packaging Coordinator. His tasks are multidimensional. Within the logistics department, his role consists of planning and scheduling raw materials and medicines packaging elements, in order to best meet customer needs. He supports his team, establishes and optimizes schedules for each manufacturing operation and coordinates line capacity, material availability, labour allocation and quality constraints. He is the main point of contact in the plant for our customers on all supply issues and conducts daily meetings with them.

Beyond his daily missions, Franco also appreciates the opportunities offered by Delpharm to participate in multi-site projects to improve our global supply chain processes.
