Several tools have been developed for this purpose:
• annual appraisal interview
Every Delpharm employee benefits from an annual interview with his manager. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the performance achieved during the year, to discuss the development actions to be organised and to set the objectives and areas of progress for the following year.
• development interview
All employees can also benefit from a development plan, formalized during the development interview. Their manager and Human Resources are helpful resources in this process, who will help employees to define the skills to be developed at medium and long term. This process leads to the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the short, medium and / or long term.
As part of their development plans, employees can benefit from qualifying courses within prestigious schools.
