We are looking for a QC Supervisor to join our team !
As a QC Supervisor at Delpharm Development Leiden, you will be an essential part of our quality control team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include

  • Supervising and coordinating daily QC activities to support production operations, including testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Leading a team of QC technicians and analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Single point of contact for all microbiological activities and assessments.
  • Developing and implementing QC procedures, protocols, and specifications in accordance with cGMP guidelines and client requirements.
  • Overseeing laboratory equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Reviewing and approving QC test data, reports, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance based on ALCOA principles.
  • Investigating deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and non-conformances, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participating in client audits, regulatory inspections, and quality system reviews as a subject matter expert in QC operations

We are looking for a QC Supervisor with the following profile

  • BSc and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field
  • GMP knowledge and experience
  • Experienced microbiologist with experience of relevant testing methods and techniques
  • Experience in supervising a team, motivating and coaching team members
