Sébastien Aguettant joined Delpharm in 1996 and he is the Chairman since 2010. Previously, he was Sales Director, Plant Manager and then Delpharm Co-Chairman in 2004.
He is also active within pharmaceutical industry associations (LEEM).
Sébastien is graduated in Law from Paris-Assas University and from I.S.C

Nicolas Ragot Managing Director

Nicolas Ragot joined Delpharm in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Managing Director of Delpharm in 2023.
Previously, he started his career as a Process Engineer in Eli Lilly (1990-1993), then he integrated Prographarm as a Product Manager first and then Plant Manager (1993-2000). Finally, he joined GSK (2000-2018) and had different positions: Production Director, Plant Manager and Supply Chain Director in Europe, and then Middle East and Africa.
Nicolas has an Engineering degree from the University of Technology of Compiègne and a Master of Sciences from the University of California, Davis.

Stéphane Lepeu joined Delpharm in 2012 as Chief Sales Officer.
Stéphane is also the president of the French CDMO association (CDMO France)
Previously, he started his career working in the wholesaling sector representing Procter & Gamble (1997-2001). Finally, he worked for Alcan Packaging Beauty (currently called Albéa) as Market Manager & Europe Sales Manager. (2002-2011).
Stéphane is graduated from ESCP-Europe.

Charles Gaudin Chief Financial Officer

Charles Gaudin joined Delpharm in 2012, as Chief Financial Officer.
Previously, he started his career as Business Manager in Commercial Bank and Investment Bank in Milano, London and Paris (1993-1997), as Strategy and Organization Consulting Manager in Deloitte/Braxton Associates (1997-2001), then as Private Equity Investment Director in Natixis (2001-2005). Finally, he was CFO of Poweo (2006-2012).
Charles is graduated from ESSEC.

Nicolas Leforestier Chief Operating Officer

Nicolas Leforestier joined Delpharm in 2012 as Site Director of Delpharm Gaillard and was appointed Industrial Director of the Famar site integration cluster in 2020 before taking charge of liquid, semi-solid and sachet dosage forms. In 2023, Nicolas was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Previously, he started his career at Eli Lilly and then at Cooper in various positions within their injectables units (2000-2004).
Nicolas then joind Laphal Industries (2004-2012) as Industrial Director. He also managed Sanofi’s chemical site in Sisteron for 2 years (2018-2020).
Nicolas is both a pharmacist and an Engineer graduated from the University René Descartes – Paris V and from ENSCP (Ecole Nationale Supérieur de Chimie de Paris)

Damien Brossard Chief Quality Officer

Damien Brossard joined Delpharm in 2008 as Quality Coordinator and was promoted to Chief Quality Officer after different operational responsibilities at Delpharm (Evreux, Lille, Drogenbos and Reims).
Previously, he started his career as Operational Quality Assurance Manager and Procurement and Planning Manager in Pierre Fabre (2001-2008).
Damien obtained a degree of doctor in pharmacy and a Master 2 in Total Quality and Biotechnologies from Angers University.

Anne Cheurlin Chief EHS & CSR Officer

Chief EHS & CSR Officer

Anne Cheurlin joined Delpharm in 2023, as Chief EHS & CSR Officer.
She spent the past 18 years in operational and then central positions in EHS and risk management at Sanofi (2005), Zodiac Aerospace (2005-2019), Safran (2019-2021) and most recently Alstom (2021-2023).
Anne has an engineering degree in Safety, Environment and Prevention and obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification.

Jean-Bernard Dumas Chief Scientific Officer

Jean-Bernard Dumas joined Delpharm in 2009 as Chief Scientific Officer.
Previously, he worked in different production roles such as Solid Forms Production Manager and Production, Methods and Maintenance Director in Pierre Fabre (1988-2001). Finally, he worked in Boehringer Ingelheim as Production Director and Industrial and Methods Development Director (2001-2009).
Jean-Bernard obtained a degree of doctor in pharmacy, a Master 2 in galenical industrial and a IAE-CAAE from Toulouse.

Olivier Lavictoire Chief Human Resources Officer

Olivier Lavictoire joined Delpharm in 2019, as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Previously, he held several positions with increasing responsibilities at GL Events (1998-2000), Wolters Kluwer (2000-2001) and Trèves (2001-2010). Finally, he was International Human Resources Director of Lectra (2010-2019).
Olivier is graduated from Institute of Preparation for Administration and Management and obtained a MBA in Human Resources Management from Paris-Dauphine University.

Pauline Lougnon General Counsel

General Counsel

Pauline Lougnon joined Delpharm in 2006 as Legal Responsible and was promoted to General Counsel in 2011.
Previously, she was lawyer in Slaughter and May Office (1998-2006).
Pauline obtained a Master’s degree in private law, a Master 2 in International Business Law and a Professional Lawyer’s Certification.
