DELPHARM Academy offers all its employees a common programme of face-to-face and online training. The Academy prepares its teams to meet the challenges of tomorrow and to develop shared expertise through programmes tailored to their objectives, profiles and projects.
The Academy draws on in-house expertise and encourages the sharing of experience to support Group employees in their professional development.
It fosters the ability of teams to adapt to continuous change and to the increasingly rapid and demanding developments in our environment.

Integrating newcomers
Special attention is paid to integrating and welcoming our new employees. Introducing them to our businesses and the DELPHARM culture, and helping them to get to grips with their jobs, is a key element of the Academy. To build a common culture, new employees are trained in Delpharm’s operating principles and follow the "How to progress together" programme as soon as they join Delpharm.
