In order to promote this, Delpharm implements simple and realistic operating principles, encouraging each employee to become a responsible actor, at all levels of the company. The roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and respected, while encouraging a spirit of mutual help between employees. Management systems encourage assertiveness, delegation and accountability in a climate of trust. Individual and collective commitment are the cornerstones of Delpharm’s corporate culture.

In order to develop this culture and allow each employee to take ownership of these fundamental operating principles, Delpharm regularly deploys internal or external training, whether for newcomers or employees of the company. Managers are specifically trained on Delpharm management principles, whether for daily management or periodic management actions, such as appraisal or employee development interviews.

DELPHARM implements a dynamic and diverse training policy at each of its plants to meet both the development needs of its employees and the needs of its customers.

Each employee is a key player in his or her own professional development with the support of various resources, in particular DELPHARM ACADEMY, its central training coordination organisation.

DELPHARM ACADEMY’s aim is to design high quality training adapted to DELPHARM’s environment, to ensure compliance with its operating principles, to guarantee the integrity of messages communicated on all its plants and to streamline the training actions implemented.

DEPLOYMENT OF PRE-RECRUITMENT TRAINING

DELPHARM ACADEMY also aims to deploy pre-recruitment training for future employees of DELPHARM plants, for example professional qualification certificates. This meets the twofold challenge of reducing the shortage of candidates in shortage jobs and enabling people interested in drug production to retrain or re-employ.
