Oriane was studying a Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences when she joined Delpharm for her end-of-studies internship in the Quality Assurance department. Oriane is excited to discover a family-oriented company that provides her with training and support. The equal treatment of interns and employees allowed her to naturally find her place within the team.

Shortly after finishing her studies, Oriane was contacted by a former colleague still working at Delpharm, informing her that a position matching her profile had opened up. Having greatly appreciated being entrusted with assignments that made her grow, she immediately seized the opportunity. That’s how she signed a permanent contract with Delpharm in 2016 as a Pharmacist Liberator in the Quality Assurance department. Her mission was to ensure the release of batches of finished products, in compliance with standards and best manufacturing practices. Two years later, she made further progress by taking on the management of 4 technicians.

Oriane has always been attracted by production processes and machines, which is why she wants to know and face the issues on the field

. So, when a position of Autonomous Production Unit Manager was created, she told her manager that she was very interested in joining the production department. In 2020, she took this position where she is currently in charge of a unit of around 60 employees.

This new challenge requires her to constantly question herself, to make decisions and to take responsibility.
