Nicolas joined Delpharm to complete his apprenticeship, as part of his Master’s degree in Industrial Pharmacology. He joined the Continuous Improvement team, where he actively participated in a project to reduce batch changeover times during the packaging process, as well as in the redesign of packaging training modules.

He was happy to be welcomed by a team with a family spirit and willingness to listen, where everyone was ready to devote time to support him, with a tutor who did not hesitate to entrust him with rewarding and valued missions.

At the end of his apprenticeship, Nicolas applied internally to another Delpharm site, which is how he signed his first permanent contract in 2020 as a Delpharm Excellence System Leader. His role consists of leading projects to improve the site’s dry form manufacturing capacity, participating in various operational excellence projects and also acting as a back-up to the Dry Form Manufacturing Sector Manager. As a former top athlete, Nicolas feels at home in Continuous Improvement as the search for excellence and the need for performance are constant.

Nicolas is now delighted to have joined a company that offers good prospects for development and is keen to help its employees grow.
