After two years of graduate studies in biology and biochemistry, Christophe built his professional career thanks to his motivation and his desire to keep learning and improving.

By taking a position as a Laboratory Technician, Christophe quickly became his manager’s right-hand man. We are in the early 2000’s and the plant is then in full transformation towards a computerization of its processes. Christophe will thus provide all his support in the multiple projects that this entails. His manager trained him in schedules analysis and coordination of tasks. Christophe quickly became autonomous and also ensured coordination with other departments. A few years later, his manager offered to take over from her as a Quality Control Supervisor and to manage around twenty employees.

Three years ago, a new opportunity presented itself and he joined the production department as Assistant Area Manager for the packaging teams.

This is a very technical field, which he has not yet fully mastered, but his knowledge of the plant and its employees over the past twenty years, as well as his enthusiasm for discovery and development, are a real strength in this mobility.
